Artwork of the beloved Park Bakery, located in Seaside Park, New Jersey. The artist and her family vacationed on 5th Avenue, just around the corner from the bakery all through her childhood (as her father did through his). The family has fond memories of the morning each vacation when someone got the coveted job of taking everyone's order, walking around the corner to the bakery, waiting in the line out the door, and bringing back a white box full of donuts and crumb buns...and of course eating the treats :)
